MARCHES TRANSPORT FESTIVAL
Sunday 11 May
A vintage vehicle display in Ludlow Castle and Ludlow market square that takes place on the second Sunday in May. Includes cars, motorbikes, pushbikes and some specialist military and agricultural vehicles.
Free entry for vehicles and for visitors to the event.
Two morning runs from Leominster to Ludlow, one by vehicles and one by a group of enthusiasts dressed in period costume, riding vintage cycles.
Prizes and cups are awarded in several categories during the afternoon. A great day out.

HAVE A GO ARCHERY & LIVING HISTORY TENT – try your hand at archery.
Do you have the skills to hit the target! – All day
BIRDS OF PREY – Talk to our falconry expert and take the opportunity to get a close up look at these beautiful wild birds.
Flying Displays (Weather conditions permitting) – 12 noon and 3pm

LUDLOW MEDIEVAL CHRISTMAS FAYRE
Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November
Jesters, entertainers, archery, historical re-enactments create a medieval atmosphere for your Christmas shopping! You can buy all sorts of goodies for your Christmas stocking
from over eighty stalls presented by traders from across the UK as well as popular Ludlow traders, all dressed in medieval costumes. A great treat for all the family, in the glorious setting of medieval Ludlow Castle.
Open on Saturday 24 November from 10am to 4pm, (last entry at 3.30pm) and again in the evening, after dark, from 6pm to 9pm (last entry at 8.30pm)
