Selection of cured meats, olives and pâté with crusty breads and olive oil and balsamic dips and pickles

Game Terrine with Homemade Fruit Chutney & Melba Toast

Mains

Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom & Brandy Cream Sauce

Topside of Shropshire beef served with seasonal roast vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and Madeira Sauce.

Roast loin of Shropshire pork with crackling served with seasonal roast vegetables and Bramley apple sauce.

Roast Mediterranean Vegetable Tart with Toasted Goats’ Cheese.

Deserts

Eton mess with vanilla and port infused strawberries.

Raspberry Mille Feuille. Layers of fresh raspberries and clotted cream sandwiched between crisp shortbread rounds, served with cornels of creamy vanilla ice cream.

Dark Chocolate Truffle Torte with Raspberry Coulis

Homemade Crème Brule & Seasonal Berry Compôte
