You will be welcomed by a member of staff on arrival. Arrivals are from 2.00pm. As no-one lives on site you will be provided with a phone number for out of hours arrivals

The apartment is centrally heated throughout. We provide extra blankets, pillows and electric fans for the hot summer nights and hair-driers in the bedrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided

We provide a Local to Ludlow Welcome pack showcasing locally sourced products plus wine, milk, eggs, bread and complimentary tickets into the castle during your stay

You will be provided with an Emergency out of hours contact number for the duration of your stay. If you encounter any problems/issues during your stay the office is manned from 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday and the Gift Shop weekends 10.00am – 4.00pm

Departures are by 10.00am when Housekeeping arrive

The sitting room has French doors leading out on to a small roof terrace, making it feel light and spacious. The roof terrace, with table and chairs, provides truly un-rivaled views of the castle, the surrounding countryside and the town centre – a perfect birds-eye view of the fascinating roof tops and architectural chimney pots of Ludlow and Whitcliffe Common

The apartment benefits from a flat screen TV with DVD player and Sky TV (free channels), plus a micro hi-fi system with Dab radio and CD player and Broadband Internet access


The kitchen is compact but fully fitted. Appliances: Electric hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, fridge/freezer and all essential utensils, tea towels, oven gloves and starter washing up pack
