Welcome

You will be welcomed by a member of staff on arrival. Arrivals are from 2.00pm. As no-one lives on site you will be provided with a phone number for out of hours arrivals

The apartment is centrally heated throughout. We provide extra blankets, pillows and electric fans for the hot summer nights and hair-driers in the bedrooms. All bed linen and towels are provided

We provide a Local to Ludlow Welcome pack showcasing locally sourced products plus wine, milk, eggs, bread and complimentary tickets into the castle during your stay

You will be provided with an Emergency out of hours contact number for the duration of your stay. If you encounter any problems/issues during your stay the office is manned from 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday and the Gift Shop weekends 10.00am – 4.00pm

Departures are by 10.00am when Housekeeping arrive

The impressive sitting room/dining room is at the heart of this apartment, with leaded windows overlooking the garden

The apartment benefits from a flat screen TV with DVD player and Sky TV (free channels), plus a micro hi-fi system with Dab radio and CD player and Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access

The large fully- fitted kitchen, leads off from the sitting room. Appliances: Gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, fridge/freezer and all essential utensils, tea towels, oven gloves and starter washing up pack

Bedroom 1 with En-Suite Bathroom

Bedroom 1 has twin beds, views over the garden and en-suite bathroom, with an over bath shower. These beds can be zip-linked to form a king size, if requested in advance. The recent renovations have left the restored oak beamed ceilings exposed and date from the sixteenth century

Bedroom 2 with En-Suite Bathroom

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, with over-bath shower. A lovely window seat adds a relaxing feature to this room.

As bathrooms are accessed via bedrooms this apartment is best suited for single family occupation

Smoking & Pets

Smoking is not allowed. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this apartment (£3.00 per dog, per night)
